Is the title of this thread able to be changed as it's a bit upsetting given that the poor woman didn't survive. If not then maybe it should be closed.

    Hi Freelander

I agree - I've changed the title, but it won't affect what is displayed on the main page due to deficiencies in the software.

Maybe there's a lesson there in future for members to keep titles more simple when this type of tragic event occurs - although I'm sure the OP meant well.

    Cheers

How about choosing a different thread to pick a fight with a champ?

Rest in Peace Jo. A great loss

+1, can't you keep your unashamed nasty attitude away from even the loss of a wonderful person. Show some respect to others feelings not just your own personal agendas.

I do sincerely apologise for starting this thread expressing kind thoughts and wishing the lady a speedy recovery. ---  Nobody knew at that time how poorly the lady was and it came as a shock to everybody that she later seccumbed to her injuries and passed away.

Please delete this thread if it is felt that the title was inappropriate.

K, you have no need at all to apologise for starting this thread.

However, you displayed poor taste, lack of judgement and respect by having a go at a Champ who was giving advice In this thread. For that, you should apologise and would do well to follow Husky's example.

This is truely shocking news. Someone in the prime of life cut down when trying to do their job helping others. Such a sad world we live in. As an aside I noticed that the news made the front page of the local newspaper here in Verdun.
