Sylvia Anderson, voice of Thunderbirds' Lady Penelope has passed away.  As well as voicing Lady Penelope Creighton-Ward in Thunderbirds from its debut in 1965 until 1968, Sylvia also worked on Joe 90, Captain Scarlet and Stingray - RIP

Big fans in this house of Captain Scarlet, Thunderbirds, Joe 90, Stingray.   My first boss, after leaving school, always left work early on the afternoons that Thunderbirds was on telly. Great programmes.

Sad to hear of the death of Sylvia Anderson (second wife of Gerry Anderson).  They both made a great contribution to TV.  Thunderbird s lives on in the animated version on TV at the moment, but you can't beat 'Supermarrionation'.
