First Aid......A piece of cake!

That's it, last day at work, now retired. Have worked in leisure within our local authority for 25 years, the past 20 years have been training lifeguards, first aiders and some heath and safety. So at my last lifeguard training session today, I was presentation with a cake and a few bottles!

Yes, open complicated fracture of the lower leg with bleed and a sever bleed to the arm.

    Thanks all, Safefill refillable cylinder at the ready, 150w solar panel sorted, so lots of time away in the caravan, off EHU of course.
