I enjoyed the Olympics in Rio 2016 but the Paralympics is something special, they've raised the bar. World records are dropping by the wayside at a phenomenal rate. Team GB are totally performing beyond all expectations, go team GB you Paralympians are awesome.

    Cyclist and swimmers are going well at the moment and the athletic finals are underway tonight.

    Another great day in the Velodrome and also out on the water with the rowers. What the able bodied cyclist and rowers did in the Olympics have been bettered by their paralympic equivalent!

    I'm beginning to see why they call Paralympians 'superhumans' they enter into multi-disciplines, records are tumbling. Excellent spectacle.

    Wheelchair Rugby-OMG!!!, thrills, spills & near kills, excellent games. Canada vs GB, we lost by 1pt but what an exciting game. Chess in Chairs, great sport. More superhumans on show. . . .Go ParalympiansCool

    Just like the fully abled Olympians the Paralympians have surpassed themselves with their commitment, drive, tenacity & total embodiment of the Olympic ideal. They have all done their Country proud. For me it has been a total joy. My respect & admiration

    Well said Rocky. I think they've exceed all expectations, and they were all a joy to watch. Much more inspiring than the antics of professional footballers.
