Spending  a  quiet { ! }  Sunday  watching  a  little  gentle  sport  to keep  me  calm  as  I  recuperate.  Hmmm  think  I  might  have  picked  the  wrong  afternoon  to  do  this  tho'.

Andy  Murray in  the  Davis  Cup,   Swimming,  riding  n running  in  Abu  Dhabi,  and  some  staggering  cycling  in  the  Lee  Valley  'drome.

Never  seen  so  much  energy  being  expended  since  I  padlocked  my  bank  cards  away  before  the  N. E. C.  Show  What  an  afternoons  sport  !!

    Curious decision by the Beeb,  though, to switch from BBC1 to BBC2 in the middle of Andy Murray's match so they could show an obviously more important programme - er, a repeat of Escape To The Country! Wonder who decided that?! Wink
