A  new  arrival  at  the  Job  Centre  ==  That  nice  Jose  Mourinho  has  been  given  a  quiet,  stress  free  Christmas  by  Chelsea   along  with  a  fair  wedge { £40 million  or  so  Im  told }  to  interest  the  Revenue  authorities  in  at  least 
two  different  countries.
