Has anyone else been watching this fascinating "fly on the wall"series on BBC? Seems like a real insight into the pressures and pleasures of being part of the farming industry. Last night's episode featured a "specialist bull semen collector"! Not a job
for faint hearts. I'd be interested in Goldie's views of how representative the programme actually is. Worth catching up on iPlayer if you haven't seen it so far. Happy

I think Goldie is a bit upset as there are not any dairy farmers in the program,

The Limosin Farm seem "hard up"Wink

Really enjoyed this series, of course it's only a snapshot and there are probably 100's of hours of film on the cutting room floor

We watching this, and while at first thinking they missed a trick by ignoring dairying, think it's wonderful. It's easier to emphasise more with some of the participants, than others.

I love George and Sybil (didn't he look differnt after the beard trim?), and Fearn Farm - especially the young chicken breeeder.

We're loving watching it!  A real taste of farming, or so it seems to us non-farmers.  A great programme from the BBC.

It's a great program! I love the ex-barristers living on Lewis. Compulsive viewing for me.
