Well, I can truly say that I have now no wish to join this lot on their Spanish campsite, Camping Benidorm, however much cheaper it is than living in the UK!

    Hi ValDa,

I agree, it wasn't really a caravan site as most of us know it. I didn't see any sign of vans that toured. Mostly tourers that were static, no outlook or nice surroundings, just concrete.

Seemed to be full though and there were 10 sites in Benidorm! So there must be the demand.

    Cheers, Alex

Camping Benidorm is one of the poorer sites in Benidorm,  next door at Camping Villamar it is qiute different, a 5star site that mainly comsists of large touring caravans now used as statics, it also has touring and tenting pitches. Unfortunatly programmes
like this only want to show extremes and its a pity as there are many who live there and have alot better standards then was protrade on that programme.

Having seen the trailer earlier with one OAP diving into the pool fully clothed, I decided to give it a miss.
