Taking your dog on buses in spain
Hello,
We are travelling down to Spain in our motorhome for the first time in January, and we are taking our little dog Molly. We were wondering what the situation is regarding public transport as we have read lots of conflicting information. Has anyone taken their
pets with them to Spain and taken them on public transport? Any advice and information will be greatfully received..

I'm surprised nobody has been on to reply, Harebell. I missed your original post, maybe others did too. Maybe you could try reposting in Overseas Sites (if the mods will let anything containing the word 'dog' repose there ).
I, too, would like more info on this subject.0 -
I think the answer is Trains yes, Buses no. Certainly Avanza bus company have said no and I think other bus companies will say the same. But it's worth asking Google to see what others say.

My dog, a terrier cross, is an amazingly well behaved traveller. We put his bed between the front passenger seats and as soon as the engine starts that is where he goes and he never moves until the engine goes off. He has been doing this for 9 years and
this behaviour has never waivered. It may well be illegal but I have no need of restraining him. Sadly he is now terminally ill and may not be with us much longer.peedee
