Cracked shower liner
I have manged to crack the wall of the shower in our 2010 Pageant Sancerre.
Does anyone know where it is possible to source a replacement part as none are showing on Bailey's website?

It might be worth e-mailing Bailey parts (I have always found them very helpful) as some parts might only be dearler supply and might not be listed.

You could try someone like S & L Automotive is Sutton in Ashfield. THey did a great job repairing the plastic parts on our old Swift. If you can get the panel out then they should be able to repair it or they maybe able to do it while it's in the MH.

Hi Scarletsfan - our 2009 Sancerre developed a crack in the corner of the shower wall last year. Tried to claim Club insurance - no go as it was wear and tear and constant flexing/movement of the van causes deterioration! Great. However, it cost something
like £120 direct from Baileys - and no it doesn't show up on the Bailey website! I let my dealer fit it.0 -
Update - Bailey have told me the part is only available through one of their dealers.
I've had a quote from www.plasticshowerspecialists.co.uk but that has weighed in at an eye watering £648.
No rush as I currently have some Gaffa tape sealing up the gap.

In French 'Brico' hypermarkets you can buy plastic click together panels which are waterproof, to reline your shower completely. Some are less than 10 euros per panel (about 2 metres by 40 cm) and the more expensive ones look like the flashest matt effect tiles in all the 'trendy' colours such as grey, 'concrete', and fossil stone! I've seen a replacement shower cubicle in a caravan, made using them, and it looked stunning. You can buy the 'corners' and they simply joint together. You could probably buy them and do the job yourself, including new sealant, for less than £100.00!
See here for a typical 'Lambris' (there are much more 'ordinary' ones in a marble effect, or just plain white too.

They have just replaced the shower tray in my Bailey 646 a couple of weeks ago and made a good job. I would recommend them.

Have got a local mobile fitter to do it. I can get the sheet for £100 so just a few hours labour on top of that.

Did you buy the sheet direct from Bailey? or was it the mobile fitter?
How many hours were you charged?
Thanks.
