'Warning' email

We have been double culprits during thr last twelve months, both at Abby Wood. In the first instance we were going to London for a concert when pressure of things to do at home made us decide to cancel, I thought that we had, with a months notice, but it
seems that I omitted to commit the cancellation. On the day, the warden rang during the afternoon, was very nice and I was profusely apologetic. He had a potential replacement customer and we didn't get a letter. Our next trip was planned for over New Year,
when I was taken into hospital. Only one day fell into the late cancellation period, nonetheless we got 'the letter'. The warning included the cancellation earlier in the year. So, your 'crime' is logged whether or not you get a warning letter. Your probation
lasts for a year. We're not upset because the rule as are clearly stated and I don't make a habit of late cancellations.0 -
""If people criticise the club for the poor service then they must do as they would like to be done to.""
Touche!!!! Wildwood, I MAY have let the club rshi, not as add, obviously I have a lot more learning to do to be on a par with you. For the record I gave the club 68hrs notice, just four short of the required amount, I am not moaning about my punishment
nor am I seeking support in knocking the club, quite the contrary, don't make a habit of knocking the club. I did say I should have used the phone, Mea Culpa. I have had bad service from the club on more than one occasion in my membership, but thats another
story and two wrongs don't make a right do they....Write your comments here... sorry I did misread your post and thought you had just not told them at all. Apart from a couple of problems with wardens being difficult I have not had any problems with the club though but from what I read I have been lucky.
