Any ideas for stopovers close to the M5 for return journey to North Yorkshire from Cornwall.......last year used Mill House but ideally wanting something a little further north with a pub in walking distance. Must take caravans and motor homes and
have electric. Thanks for your time everyone.

Where abouts is Mill House? Do you want a club/commercial site or will a CL do? How far off the motorway are you willing to travel? If members of CT knew the answers to these questions I'm sure someone will be able to help.

Mill House was just off the M5 on the Kidderminster Road on the outskirts of Worcester, if my memory serves me right it was junction6, but I aren't 100% on that....... not really bothered what on site apart from electric and toilet preferably. Up to 10 miles in theory off the motorway would be ideal!

Are you a member of the C&CC? If so what about their Clent Hills Site? Or are you thinking of a site north of Birmingham? Can recommend The Lodge, nr Stoke on Trent, No 1530 in Site Directory, EHU but no toilet within walking distance of pub, or is this
too far north?  Or what about Streetway House nr Gailey No 1516 in SD, EHU & Toilet, 2.5 mls from M6 Junct 12?

Depends which way you're going but Chapel Lane near Brum it's doable from Cornwall as is Uttoxeter Racecourse.

Your question is a little vague as there isn't much M5 to the north of Worcester. Choose the area you want to stop in and look up sites/CLs/commercial sites in that area. You'll find something.

Somerswood at Meriden, just off the M42. We first knew it when Marc and Angela began to build this site with their own hands, and what a success they have had.
