Yep. Weather was a bit disappointing in Spain. Fair bit of grey and drizzle to start with and temperatures didn't really pick up until a couple of days before we came home.

We were at Henley a couple of weeks ago with friends from Spain when the weather here was wonderful and they kept getting texts from friends back in Spain asking for their weather backLaughing

I'm obviously out of sync. The weather at Henley when we were there was rubbish. It was November mind.

3 sleeps before I take my 6 year old granddaughter to Mablethorpe for 5 nights. I hope it will be warm enough for her to go on the sandy beaches there.

Just 12 more sleeps until we go over to Brittany for a few weeks, just hope we can access some coverage of Wales' action in Euro 16. Can't wait.

Hope you'll manage OK for fuel.  The situation at the moment looks a bit grim.  Really hope that they will make progress.  Even if it all stopped tomorrow, I guess it will take a little time to re-stock all the petrol stations.  It's really a concern for anyone heading for France.

Hope all goes well with it. When we were waiting for ours they put the wrong one on the lorry and we had to wait another two weeks while they sorted it out.

It may be just us with late delivery silly problems though as when we ordered our old Eldiss that turned up a week befor we were dur to go to France and they had forgotten the curtins. Eldiss did courier them up though and we ended up getting the caravan on a tuesday and setting off for France on the Friday.

Just to make the holiday more interesting the fridge would not work in a heatwave and the car alarm decided to go off when activated and all we could do to keep it quiet was to lock the door with the key in the lock with no alarm on. It all adds to the tales you have to tell later.
