Has anyone else who's bought a new caravan in tha last couple of years experienced the same problen I am having with my 12 month old Swift's roof vent.  The problem I have is that when open the new design is so poor there is no way of fixing it in position
and so the slightest wind either blows it shut or littarally slams it wide open.  I have taken this up with the dealership who reffered it to Swift but that was 9 months ago and have not had a reply.

Dealer to sort it out; your purchase contract was with him.  Good luck.

Ours our fine.  If it is really windy we do not tend to have them fully open,

If its faulty it is the dealers problem. It should stay open and if it does not it is not fit for purpose. Quote the sale of goods act which applies here and tell them if it is not corrected you will need to raise a small claims action.
