Download GPS

I am having trouble downloading GPS locations from my laptop to my TomTom Camper&Caravan. The files have gone from the laptop to MyDrive on the TomTom page but wont go to the satnav. I am logged in to both but it wont happen.
Anyone else had a similar problem, how did you solve it? Thanks.

    Not sure about these newer tomtoms (which seem to have less user input  / functionality than the older versions) but the poi files had to loaded to the same folder as the maps.

    Pois were ov2 files from memory, it's been a while since I download to my tomtom
