National Motorhome show Peterborough
Anyone going to the National Motorhome show at Peterborough. Booked our tickets the other day. Really enjoyed the show last year, although it turned into a very expensive weekend as we bought a motorhome. Hopefully this year we won't spend quite so much. Also booked the Southern Motorhome show at Newbury.

Hi JD, we are booked into the general coamping area from the Thursday.
We did our first show last year at Norfolk and really enjoyed the experience, so we are planning all but Malvern.
Perhaps we'll see you at the bar...

We're going on Thursday and staying until Monday in the general camping area weather and entertainment permitting. It's a great show.
We have pencilled in Norwich because it is a city we want to visit. We do Malvern for a day because the wild west is too much for any longer!

A muddy event yet again. We were fortunate and it wasn't too bad where we were pitched although some of the front wheeled drive vehicles were still being towed off nearby. I had no trouble getting off. Well done to the organisers for keeping the tractors patrolling the site to help vans arriving get on and for those leaving to get off. Some areas looked a bit like a WW1 battlefield. Still enoyed it even though it was a wellie boot job.
I noticed the Club's Chairman, Grenville was out and about on the site! Dunno if he stayed for the weekend or was just a day visitor.

I cannot help wondering why Warners hold their major flag ship show so early in the year. The last three have been wet. Sunday was fine and sunny, did consider staying until Monday morning but I had got all I wanted and more and seen enough and having been to two nights entertainment, we wern't too fussed about missing that provided for Sunday so left mid afternoon Sunday.
