Leisure battery

been wild camping in RV and leisure battery died after one day how can I check my leisure battery charge.  Have RV on hook up at home the whole time so a bit surprised battery went flat having to charge it with engine running as not sure if generater will
charge it

sorry to sound  a bit clueless but new to motor homing

    If on hook up in most cases there should be a charger to keep the battery charged. On that basis it would seem that either the battery is dead or less likely the charger has failed. If you give details of the motorhome hopefully someone will be able to confirm
    what system you have.
