Kampa air awning
hi, we have a kampa air rally 260. 2015 the right hand side bladder has blown is it a factory order ?

We have the same awning. Is the puncture repairable by a stick on patch similar to a cycle puncture repair? I just thought that if it is easily repairable, you could save time and packaging costs.

If it is still under warranty email a copy of your invoice to Kampa and they will send you a replacement bladder.
Ours blew whilst away on a Cl and Kampa asked us to get the retailer to do this and they would send one out.
When I contacted Kampa the next day they had not received the email from the supplier but Kampa sent a new bladder and sleeve free of charge on next day post to the CL. Brilliant service.
If it is out of warranty they will still help.

I have had similar excellent service from Kampa. When our Air Pro 390 failed to inflate properly at the start of our two week holiday in June, last year, they sent out a replacement, new, awning by overnight courier to our campsite in Devon at no cost to
me. Excellent back-up.0
