Air Awning

I have Prestina Air Awning and two of the air tubes burst,   I emailed the seller but got no reply. I phoned the supplier (wholesaler)and got a text message telling me to try a third party supplier to get spares.

Any one know the contact details of Prestina as I cannot find them anywhere! Or the whereabouts of a couple a of air tubes for a Prestina 390 air? 

I don't want to name the original seller or the supplier but   If I don't get any joy soon I will.

    Kampa sell puncture repair tape, which could work if your inner tube is made of similar plastic to Kampa's. Apparently they used to include their repair kit with new awnings but withdrew it because they weren't getting punctured.

    I have now had the problem resolved and great thanks to Streetwize who came to the rescue, a company that has restored my faith in caravan accessory suppliers.
