Specialised Covers disappointment!
Ordered a towing cover from Specialised on 21st June and given a delivery date of 2nd August. It didn't arrive so rang them and told they are extremely busy but would definitely get it to us by this w/e. Rang them again today 04 Aug only to be told same
story but that they really meant that it would be dispatched by the end of the week!! They keep moving the dates to suit - annoyed because they have had the money for 7 weeks. Wish we had ordered another one from ProTek! We are seriously considering getting
a refund - paid by credit card so shouldn't be a problem. Anyone else had this issue?

Stick with it, it will be worth the wait when you get it, we have one and are very pleased with it.

I do hope so!! After my two phone calls and a rather scathing email my cover has been dispatched today!! I wish they had kept me informed of the delay then I would have been a bit more understanding. Well I look forward to receiving it on Monday - fingers
