Red paint scuff mark on white plastic wheel arch

what can I use to remove a red scuff mark from a white plastic wheel arch without leaving the arch dull in appearance?

    Try using gelcoat cleaner or a finer type of tcut called I think finess tcut could be to course.

    Acetone/cellulose thinners on a rag will remove the paint followed by a fine cutting paste/T-Cut depending on the extent of the abrasion.

    You need to be very careful if you use thinners anywhere near some plastics. I'd just use polish/T Cut
