Not had any in our Bradcot Aspire Air 390, even in bad storms.

Is yours taught sufficiently? Have you storm straps fitted? Is it infalted sufficiently?

There should be no wrinkles when erected, if so re-peg to get it square and straight, and re-inflate it if necessary.

Fully agree with the above. You should however  get more response if you advised which brand of awning it is.

We did last time we put our air awning up...only on one side. I don't know if it was the way we put it up cpmbined with the slope of the ground.  I didn't worry about it.  Just pushed it up and the water drained off.

No problems with my Vango Varkala. The rain just runs off, much better than previous framed porch awnings.

We have had that problem with a Kampa air pro 260. But last time out, in a mid May wet Cornwall it was OK so it depends on the angle! We were on a slight side slope which meant we could not get the awning to fit properly against the side of the caravan.
We still had puddles form at the base of the airpoles inside but the roof did not puddle! We have tried using a proofer on the fabric and resealing the sown seams but still we have puddles which makes putting away the awning a problem as we have to dry it
all first.Even if the outside has dried out.

Yes, we had no end of problems with water ponding on the roof of our Kampa Air Pro 390, particularly bad on sloping pitches.  To cut a very long story short we ended up taking the retailer to court and got our money back.  The lack of any adjustability in
the height of the inflatable legs made our awning prone to this in my opinion - you will find many reports of this online although equally many reports where people don't suffer with the problem.
