How long does an Aquaroll last?  I realized the other day that our Aquaroll is twleve years old and wonder how much longer it might go on.  There appears to be nothing wrong with it but does anyne know of the plastic degrades and cracks?  I don't want to
get caught out while we are away somewhere.

I would also be interested to know. We have two, one almost 12 the second only about 6 and I have no idea which is which now, as they both look the same age. Hopefully one will not catastrophically fail on the way back from the water point.

Ours is 18 years old, still looks like new.  Gets used about 3 months per year.

I believe that they now offer a 10 year guarantee.

    It is a quality product.....

We have had ours since we started caravanning back in 1982 and as far has I 'm concerned it won't be changed in the foreseeable future, if it's not broken why change it.

They appear to be very well made and I would not worry. You can also get the bits if you lose a cap or other part which would make other firms equivalent a write off.

Others do not seem to have the tyre round them which protects the body when you roll them. They may not be the cheapest but they do look to be the best in the long term.

We've only ever had two Aquaroll.   The first one was stolen with our last van, hence the fact that we've had two.  If it hadn't had been stolen, we would probably still be on our first Aquaroll.  A quality product as far as I'm concerned.

We have also only ever had 1 aquaroll and is around 18 years old, still in great condition with original rubber runners. Have had to replace a couple of caps though

We've had a good 20 years out of the originals, which now serve on a friend's allotment because we upgraded to the larger size. Cap failures aren't unknown though.

New caps can be bought cheaply though which cannot be said for most if not all the others.

What's to go wrong with them? Perhaps here is a product that has no  built in obselecence? You can buy all the spare parts for them. I have water hogs as I prefer to pull 50lts to 40lts otherwise I would have Aquarolls.

Aqua rolls are a great product and seem to go on forever, well a long time anyway.Mine is 16 years old, used around 5 months a year and open to the elements.
