Water Heater Element

I have a  2008 Swift Conqueror 540.

The water heater element has failed 3 times in the last 9 months.The last element failed after only 2 days of use.

When the water heating switch is put on it trips the electrics at the sites supply post.Has anybody experienced this recurring problem and have any solutions, I was told last time that the element failed in an unusual point and was replaced under warranty
but having failed again so quickly I am wondering if their is a more fundamental problem than just the element..I would welcome any advice

    No doubt there is a short near or in the element connections.

    I would get an electrician to sort it....whether that's at a dealer/mobile or even a friend.

    It would be a remarkable coincidence to have 3 faulty elements!.
