Caravan carpets

due to a mucky dog and rubbish catering we need new carpets for our van. Anyone got a recommendation for a supplier of bespoke carpets, please?

    BB, we got an offcut from our local carpet shop. It happened to be the same make as the original but was a better colour. The shop used the original carpets for templates, cut the new to size and whipped the edges. Total cost £50 for a two berth van. I think
    it's probably worth you investigating as the leisure industry suppliers charge a lot more.

    WE suffer from the same problems.   Our present carpets aren't too bad, but the carpets in our new van - expected now in June (delay Frown), are much lighter in colour, so I fear for their safety!!

    I have recently had some carpets cut and bound. Apparently they do a lot of shaped caravan carpets using customer supplied offcuts etc. Perhaps worth having a look at www.bindarug.co.uk the
    company are based in Milton keynes.

    We had a set of carpets ( better quality ) to replace the originals for our 2 berth van which we are about to change so if any one is looking for carpets for a Swift Challenger 480 please get in touch ( we are in the w.midlands )

    We used a local independant carpet shop to copy our carpets cost £90 for a 2 berth Lunar Ultima,still like new and for sale if anyone wants them

    Thanks all, we think we have the problem solved now.

    not buying a new van though David!

    Undecided  " Flotex " kitchen & bathroom carpet .Brilliant !!

    Can't you shampoo them then apply carpet protection film (google it) about £30 a roll. My caravan carpets are much lighter in weight than normal household carpets which may be something you need to take into consideration
