Kojack Lite - Problems!!

Has anyone else had problems with their Kojack Lite?  I purchased mine in March 13 and given it's a Jack I have hardly used it, when I looked in the box in March this year I noticed it was leaking oil through the top seal so contacted Purple Line Customer
Service to see if I could get it repaired, Customer Services passed the enquiry to their technical team who after several e-mails chasing have never responded, as things stand at present it looks like £80 wasted ...

    We have one of their bottle jacks for over 6 years and thankfully its never leaked. However I do agree with your comments re Purple lines abysmal level of service they dont seems to care.

    Mine is 18months old never been used but the box is full of oil, so like the OP tried contacting Purpleline got no response. I suppose it's what I should have expected from a Chinese import.
