Washing/drying sleeping bags

We have washed a sleeping bag this evening at 40 degrees, which was in accordance with the care label.

We now need to dry it so are giving it an extra spin.  It's a Kampa sleeping bag and I need to know if we can tumble dry it.  Unfortunately the care label doesn't say we can't but it doesn't say we can either.

What is the filling?  Washing/drying will be very different for down or synthetic.

I usually put mine through the washing machine and if weather good hang it outside, if not,  put it into the tumble drier for around 30 -40 minutes then leave them over the back of chairs to air.

A tumble drier will fluff up the filling nicely. We always do ours that way. Not too hot, though.
