Hi

we have just brought our first caravan and decided to have a brand new coachman pastiche ,we also brought a bradcot aspire air390 to go with it .

we had a trial run with the awning today and the elecric pump supplied goes onto the battery which is fine but the leads are about a meter long and the battery is the other side of the van , am i missing something obvious on how to blow this up . i managed
to extend the leads with jump cables just to inflate the awning.

has anyone had the same problem ?

thanks

Hi Jakes, we bought our Bradcot 390 3 weeks a go, I found the "buffer-poles" needed de-burring at the top where they fit in the pocket, I also added a bit of soft padding to the top as a sock. Apart from that delightrd with the awning.

    Hi buster

    Many thanks .

We have had a nightmare to be honest as we wanted a new awning and we were told they could not get one until July . (Not much good to us when we want to get out and about now)

So they said a customer had brought the wrong size and it was for sale but had only been blown up once . I still paid £700 with electric pump as we could have it now .

After having a trial I found out we had no instructions, no wheel cover etc . No poles ,no curtains . Which we presumed was all inside .

I'm wondering if you would be kind enough to list what you got in your package . I take it you paid £899

The Aspire Air 390 comes with, draft skirt, wheelarch cover with figure of 8 to join to draft skirt, curtains c/w elasticated hold back and poles, set of rear poles, full set of pegs. There is a bag for the poles that came out end of last season and should
    be with this seasons awning.

Appears you have a few bits missing.
