Isabella eclipse sun canopy side panel

i have the eclipse canopy and want to buy the side panel , but isabella says that it will only work when fitted to the front of the awning and not when the canopy is fitted directly to the caravan, does anyone know why this is?

    Yes. When on the caravan the canopy sits much higher than it does when used as a canopy extension. The sides would just flap about about 18" off the ground. However I have seen that isabella now sell and eclipse adaptor that fills the gap overcoming this
    problem. Obviously people have requested a fix and that's what they have done.

    I have just bought a side panel for my Eclipse. Where can you buy the adaptor. I cannot find it.

    Thanks for the reply. I sourced one for£69. Not cheap but does the job. You do need to put it on the higher side of the van otherwise it will flap in the wind a bit.
