Yes.(I assume you intend to disconnect it from the engine battery and then reconnect it to the leisure battery). What is it that makes you question this ... maybe we can answer?

Hi garry, does your onboard charger not work when on EhU?

Also, what size is your leisure battery and what rating is your Ctek charger?.....Cool

I have a CTEK MXS 10 which as the name suggests has a 10 amp output. Many in the CTEK range are smaller ie 5 or 7 amp. As such the output is fairly low and not designed to quickly recharge a battery but rather is intended as a sophisticated maintenance charger.
I therefore use the installed caravan charger when actually living in it and the CTEK when storing the caravan.

Almost the same Tirrill, use the Ctek to maintain the engine battery over the winter periods if  standing idle for more than two weeks. Also use the Ctek to recondition both leisure and engine battery(not at the same time) every spring. Leave the onboard
charger to take care of the leisure battery.....Cool
