I have the Snooper which is advertised in the CC Mag. It does the job as well as any regarding routes suitable for towing etc (you can put the caravan etc into the menu). However I have been disappointed with its build quality, shinny screen, its poor menu
system and slowness to re-route if you need to ignore a turn. The latest fault is a dodgy connection on the socket for the power lead. At £400 it is expensive and I would not buy it again.

I see the new sat nav of choice for the CC is a garmin and avtex combination. Should be interesting.

Download copilot onto a smart phone or tablet. Cheap, very effective and use the motirhome setting.

Yes Co-pilot is as good as anything and a lot cheaper.

We have the Snooper and it is not worth the cash.

I too have been disappointed with Snooper. Overpriced.

You can also load your own POIs in the TomTom format (,ov) into Co-Pilot. Load the Clubs sites and CL POIs into it and you have an easy task of plotting a route to any Club site but don't forget to check the route against the Clubs directions.
