Vango Varkala 420 issue.

Last Oct. I purchased theVango awning at the NEC B/Ham. When I used it I found that the outer door did not come down flush to the floor, in fact there was a 2in. gap. The only way to stop the draught coming in was to zip up the inner fly net which had the
draught skirt attached. My thoughts are that, surely the outer door should reach the ground, so the inner fly net does not have to be used if I choose not to. Has anyone got one of these awning's, and is this a problem, or that is the way the awning was made,
and is meant to be.

    I have this awning. Mine is the same. Personally I don't see it as a problem as I usually close both doors in colder weather and just the inner fly mesh in warmer weather. 

    I used the awning extensively last year and was very impressed. .
