Hello all and happy new year.

Question, does anyone know how to keep the silicone sealant on the outside of the caravan clean. I like to keep the caravan clean and shiny, but trying to clean the sealant is a right pain. Any hints, tips or advice would be very much appreciated.

Unfortuately there is no easy way, I mix up a strong solution of Fewicks Caravan Cleaner in a used window cleaner spray or similar, spray onto sealer directly and scub with a brush GENTLY. An application of Car Polish on the sealer helps to seal the sealer.
Sealer will in places stain from mould that has penetrated the sealer and there is not a lot you can do about it.

Thanks Tigi, I have actually been doing exactly the same.  I use a stencil brush to gently scrub the neat Fenwicks along the sealant then rinse off.  So it seems there is not much else that can be done.  However, thank you for your reply
