If its the Paint Shield I'm thinking of, it's not a polish, but a protective film.

It's not the answer you were looking for but we use Greased Lightning Showroom Shine to clean and polish our car and caravan. It doesn't need water so it can be done in our storage depot, and it cleans and polishes really well.
It gets very good reviews from others, too.

I agree with what Val says. We've used the Showroom Shine and been quite happy with the results.

I find that while the waterless cleaning/polishing products (Greased Lightening/Aldi's own etc) do a good job, the staying power of the polish element is short lived.
You need to use a good auto polish to give a longer lasting shine. Autoglym or other products are available.

I think the OP means the type of protection marketed by the likes of Paintseal direct, as opposed to Paint Shield.
Paint Shield is an excellent product, a transparent film protecting vulnerable parts of expensive cars. I had it on the noses of TVR's and an Elise, also the rear arches of a Porsche 911 Turbo that caught stone chips terribly. Never thought about it before,
but it would be good to use on the lower vulnerable part of a caravan front panel. The PaintSeal type products, I think the OP is refering to are merely surface coatings, they will tell you it is not just a polish... but it is really.
I think they use PTFE based products, similar to Permaseal or Ultraseal, readily available from Amazon etc.
Another option would be the new ceramic coatings like CQuartz, but would be wary of these on plastics or ABS.Best of luck

showroom shine is good as a short term polish / cleaner but it does not clean ingrained dirt from the paint surface ,it is best to use a polish like turtle wax or simoniz [other brands are available]to give a good clean and shine at least once a year and
use showroom shine to keep the van clean inbetween and whilst out and about on site etc,ps i use both products
