Only one way for CC- up prices. I think they all worked in local authority before getting jobs here.

If you think cc prices are above inflation then have a thought for Biusiness Rates in Hertforshire that are being increased next year for some by 180%Surprised

£1M Wasn't just plucked out of thin air but from the treasurers report on page 71 of the December magazine.

Five years ago the subscription was  £40 so it has increased 20 percent in 5 years.

Membership renewal being due shortly, thought I'd just see how much the other club charges.  Amazed to find that I can join there for £37 a year, cheaper than this club was 5 or 6 years ago.  OK, I know that's without a printed mag, but that would suit me fine, as the CC (sorry CMC) one soon goes in the recycling each month.

The C&CC reduction for no printed magazine is £6, would be much happier to pay £43 to rejoin the CMC and forgo the print magazine.

Just checked, and we spent just 11 nights last year on club sites, far more were spent on commercial sites and in France on ASCI sites or Aires

As stated in other posts here. The  "club" is nothing like a club now but a big business. Is it time to scrap Membership Fees?
