40 years recognition?

OH just received renewal from Club, has been a member for 40 years but other than it being on the card nothing else has been sent to recognise this. Don't we get a sticker or anything these days?

    Yes, but only if you apply for it.

    There are very expensive vinyl window stickers you know Wink

     Congratulations  to you. It was also  our 40 year this year and I rang membership about the the sticker and they sent it straight away. I was then surprised to receive a second sticker about two months later. Obviously the system needs a long reaction time!

    I have recently paid my sub, by DD, and I have now been a member for 35 years. I got a sticker showing 35 year member in the post but it was a week or two after the sub was due. So if this has just happened, give it a week or two before phoning the Club
    as it could be on the way to you.

    do not stick the sticker on plastic windows!

    Congratulations SallyD on 40 years membership! I think after being a member for that long you should get free lifetime membership along with your 40 year sticker!

    You might get that when you've been a member for 50yrs if you last that long. You'll even get a club photo too, I do believe.Laughing

    Hi SallyD

    Many congratulations on your 40th anniversary with the Club! I have just checked and I can see that the stickers your require were sent to you on 9th November - if you havent got them yet I'm sure you will get them in the next few days.

    Thanks guys for all your comments, yes we did get stickers, lots of them for every 5 years all the way up to 40! Not sure why we get all of them.
