Thanks Rochelle, though that's only a little bit better than their normal offers - such as 35% off OS maps.

So is this a "bribe" to try to get us ,who are still waiting for CT to run better ,to sign up to "Face ache" ,a bit like the bribe to accept FrackingUndecided

Yet another example of disqualifying CC members who (for whatever reason) object to having to put up with the downsides of being a Facebook member.

Is this to be a daily occurence as (with the competition) it is the second in two days isn't it?

Not quite. Unlike Facebook, there are arguments that can be advanced in favour of fracking

Unless I have misunderstood, this offer is available to all Club members.. The link is HERE as posted above by Rochelle.

I don't see a requirement to have liked the CC Facebook Page although it was first advertised on there.

ANY CC member who is a member of CT also has the opportunity to take up the offer don't they ?

If there are a group of members who cannot take advantage of this offer, as far as I can see, it is those who are not members of CT or the CC FB page which is a great many, and any who do not use the internet at all.

Its called commercial promotion isn't it ? Winking

    Hi Graham,

Justus is correct, this offer is open to all members, just currently being advertised on Facebook and Club Together.

You can follow this link here if you're interested in the offer

    Thanks

Thank you Rochelle but that actually raises another matter (one which I thought was supposed to be sorted out a long time ago).

Presumably if I were a Facebook member then I would be able to access the offer directly. As I am not, though, I am left to access it via CT - except that I can't because our membership is in my wife's name. She does not use CT and I am unable to access the offer as joint member.

Rather than introducing extra complications via Facebook wouldn't it be better to remove the joint membership restrictions first?

I just had a quick look but I can get the same maglite for less- even with the 35% off - on ebay so the free drink bottle isnt enough to seduce me I dont think
