Why do you have to order it?  And how do you go about it?

Thanks brue, I had not realised it was available yet.

I think it is like the site update leaflet, they are trying to save money. I think you have had to request it for the last couple of years. It is in the club shop, go to all products and it is on the third row down.

It's in the shop and offers section at the top of the page. You could just look at the discounts on line and print the vouchers but I find having the brochure and vouchers in the van is easier. It's free postage. With winter breaks, half term and Easter
a bit earlier it's quite useful to order it now.

Just ordered mine, this thread reminded me, thanks. Found it really useful to keep the booklet in the caravan last year.

Thanks Brue, will order it now.

Are you now press officer to the club by making this announcement.

Again, it comes down to a member to send out info that he club could have done. Yes, I know, you will say it is in the "Club Shop" page but something like this should have been announced more openly, On the front page.

Lets have a page from HQ headed, "New Announcements". Things would be easy to see or find then.

I've just had a look and I think you'll see an advert under News & Events (club news) which is dated 14th Jan. I can't say I noticed this at the time! I'd already pre-ordered the guide so I though I'd start a thread on here.  I did see the guide advert flashing
today when I checked the news bit! Wink

Looking at all those who have posted on this and everyone of them didn't seem aware of it. So how many members who are out there and not in this forum are losing out, something that is set up to benefit members is of no benefit if they don't know about it.
The leaflet is there and postage is free so why can't it be sent out to all. It could even have been inserted with The Magazine.

Again another odd decision by the club

It does make you wonder how many members miss out on this and other free publications just because they don't come online.

I think that the majority of members do go online (no figures, just my thought) to book sites etc. They use the same toolbar to select UK Holidays, perhaps they're not interested. Maybe that is why the  club doesn't post them out, they must have some idea
of the take up of offers, as I've said on other threads, I certainly cover the cost of my membership with there offers, If others don't want to use them it's their choice.....Cool

But if the members don't know what's available then they can't make a choice.

If members read CC magazine, site onformation guides and also venture further along the toolbar when making bookings, then they will know of these  offers. As I said harry, some choose not to, how many times have you read on this forum of members putting
the monthly mag straight in the recycle bin unread? How does it go ?    you can take a horse to  water .......     Cool

Mine goes straight in recycle. However I don't remember ever using a 'Days out type' voucher in the past ten years

We were very grateful for all last year's offers. A quick estimate says we possibly saved around £100 in entry fees and other offers, so for us a great addition to our membership. We did visit a lot of different places around the UK last year though. It
prompted us to try one or two different attractions as well, so that was another bonus.

And If I remember last years offers came through the post. If you hadn't read this topic then you may have missed this years and looking at what you saved that would be a great pity. How many others may be in the same boat.

A part solution would be for the club to list the vouchers on the web site and any that members want they can print off.

Write your comments here...l thought they did??

At least they used to do, as we've printed off vouchers in the past.

I'm sure that in the past you were able to view all of the booklet online to see if any of the offers might have been useful to you. I have just tried to do this but am only able to see three sample offers. Am I doing something wrong or are we unable to
view all the offers now? I have just ordered mine to be sent as well, so thanks for the info.

I've just had a look Debsc, it looks as though you have to go into "my membership" to print the vouchers but it seems very convoluted. Ordering a copy of Great Days Out might be easier for everyone this time round.?
