Hi all.  I use to have a 2006 sorento towing a compass twin axle. Did it no problem.   I now have a santa fe and it does it but it's not as planted.  Thinking of getting a Ford Ranger.   3.2l. Who thinks it will make an ok every day car like a suv.   Not
sure what to do but I'm worried about driving a car that is on the edge towing the weight I'm towing

I tow with a 2.2 ranger, it's a great multi purpose vehicle, go for a decent spec, it tows our single axle very well, and pulls well, I do wish I had gone for a 3.2 to be honest, but that's mainly just for the added ease of driving, the 2.2 can keep going
well, it makes a good family car, the kids love the high up visibility, and there's lots of space in the rear seats even with my seat right back, the only slight downside is the length, sometimes takes a little more parking, but with a flat cover over the
loadbed it gives great visibility, it always feels very stable too.
