Does anyone take a twin axle up and down church hill

Blubberhouses towards Otley?

Just worried about grounding due to length of overhang.

Not a twin axle but I used Blubberhouses regulaly from Skipton to York with a 24 ft Lunar single axle with no problem, I would of thought that a twin axle would have less up and down movment so you should have no worries. Also if there was any problem I
would have thought that it would have been brought up on forums before.

    Thanks for the reply.

I followed a sheep trailer from otley towards harrogate with a short overhang and it looked Close to grounding.

Going the otherwise way the slip road isnt as steep.

I've just looked at the junction of Church Hill and the A59 on Google Earth and it does look like a steep angle. If you are going to attempt it on the centre section check it for gouge marks in the tarmac first. I would remove
any pads from the rear corner steadies to save damaging them. Then take it as slow as traffic will allow on this busy road.
