Tow ball service !!!

Hi just picked up my Hyundai Santa fae after its teats and service, my car passed test needed one tyre total cost £523 the technician added as I paid "your tow ball was dry so I have greased it"

Thanks for that I said alko hitches do not have greased tow balls near them, beencleaning it off for the last 10 minutes.
