If weight and Legal limits didnt matter what would be your dream car towing your dream caravan?

Mine would be a Dodge Challenger towing a Airstream, more iconic I know but I can dream...

A car that could carry seven people and any amount of luggage plus do 200 or so miles too the gallon.A t/a van of maximum length with all mod cons and a five star interior weighing less than a ton.

    Make and models immaterial.

    peter.

It's not weight and legal limits that is always the primary consideration. The one that usually looms largest is "will it fit on the drive".

Applying  "will it fit on the drive", we would still have to buy the Lunar Ariva, but I would have it customised inside with a few luxurious extras  it's the only one with a narrow body (under 7ft).  Car, a Volvo, XC70 auto with all the gadgets.  Modest
    requirements really.

If money was no object, I would move house to somewhere with a nice big easily accessible driveway where I could store a big van or two, lol.  Mind you thinking about it, if money was no object,  I wouldn't be caravanning, lol.

I think the Airstream was something like 2.4 tonnes and looked like the ally welder welded with his/her eyes shut.Surprised

WOAH, let me stop you there!

The Cummins is the one to have ;)

It's very much accepted now that Petrols are just Pavement Princesses, posers trucks and nothing more!

If I were to be buying a petrol vehicle, it would be the Dodge Charger Hellcat just for fun. But any Ram would always have to have a Cummins

Beautiy is in the eye of the beerholder as they say!

V8's are ok sure, but even the devil himself can't recreate the sound of a cummins on straight pipes!
