Has anybody joined the above club. We are hiring a motorhome for 32 days early next year and wondered if the benefits outweighed the cost of joining which is 72NZ$.

We had no trouble finding good sites without joining this club. There was a choice of both basic and full facility sites. We loved the national park sites.

    Hello MaggieR,

thanks for your reply, your info is helpul. But still wondering if it financially wothwhile joining. Benefits include cheaper fuel and site fees.

It works out at about £45 so I guess you can estimate what amount of fuel you may use and how many nights to see if the fee is worth it, also will it allow you onto sites that without joining you will be excluded from?

Hi Mike, sorry to comment on a topic not relevant to this discussion but I did see on a earlier post that you had a problem with your autocruise step and no engine voltage showing on control panel , after changing the engine battery , I have the same fault
on my Autocruise van, did you find the cause ,  many thanks for any info . Mike

    Hello Mike.

Re my step problem. Turned out the problem was blown fuse. There is a bank of fuses which sit atop the battery. One of these blew when the battery was swapped out. If I remember correctly it was 30 amp. This is non standard fuse which I sourced from Amazon.
I hopre this is of some help to you.

Thanks for the reply Mike, that gives me a good starting point , I found it interesting to find out that a similar van could show up the same faults as my van after a battery change , so there is a link somewhere , so out with the toolbox tomorrow and check
    those fuses you mentioned

    Cheers Mike
