Rooflights advice request

I am having a problem with a rooflight on my motorhome.the cable seems to have stretched when I wind it open.can anybody tell me how I can ascertain which type it is (I think it is a heki

but am unsure) Also does anybody know who does repairs,preferably in scotland or north England.
