Don't do apps although there is a website run by Graham Hadfield which might be of interest. Don't how up to date it is.

If I want to go somewhere specific, I check the websites for the specific area and sometimes contact the car park operator. Otherwise, I just go and if I can't park, go somewhere else!

husky, the Graham Hadfield site (as mentioned by Aspenshaw) has been recently updated and there is an article about him and his work in Practical MH this month...there are downloadable POI files on his site.
also try, www.park4night.com this covers the whole of Europe.

HD, as relative newcomers ourselves to this MH touring, we have found it a good idea to type in " MH parking in ........." Most places give a very good guide to what can be parked in each car park, and any restrictions, such as height barriers or length
restrictions. We have been all over this last year, (with exception of SE) and not had a problem. Some places even have on street parking for smaller MHs. We do a bit of research at home if we can before departure. But even on whim visits have been ok. Lots
of the forums give good information as well. Plus there is lots of help on here!0 -

Write your comments here..I can't use this daft system. My remark was to Husky not BO. I have been a motorhomer on and off since about 1985 but may not be as seasoned as some.

It is updated regularly as new information is obtained. The downloadable POI set was reintroduced after complete revision just before Christmas with 1653 entries. As of a week ago there are 2262 entries (which is just one or two more than any other list
of UK motorhome parking spots )Graham
