Bought our Pilote 716 from them. Been very good. Had a problem after a couple of weeks that need urgent attention and it was sorted straight away. They had an Electroblock in stock which was amazing considering the cost. Had some work done prior to delivery
that was completed ok. They are far better than the previous Dealers we used. You can see why they are busy.

Don't get SMC mixed up with Brownhills. SMC is further towards the town centre from the A46/A1 junction whereas Brownhills is right on the junction.

We bought our current MH from them, they were very good and helpful, when the MH we wanted had been sold to someone else in the meantime!  They got us a newer model at the same price, which had more goodies on it.

The service dept was very helpful alos, when we had a problem with the heating; they went the extra mile as they say.

And no, don't get them confused with Brownhills; you actually pass Brownhills when you go to SMC.

Be mindful that you will always get mixed reviews reference any dealer. IMHO, Time and growth in the business typically demonstrates they are doing something right.

We have recently used Brwonhills and had an excellent service, however, Google Brownhills and you will see differing views.

Therefore, visit the dealer(s), review Google and seek forum views and comments, then go with your smell test / gut feel.

    I hope this helps.
