Welcome to the Club, Trigger. If you could ask your questions in a bit more detail, you are more likely to get more helpful answers.
I have no idea what max weight the bed can support but would expect there to be no practical limit if it is fully down and resting on the stops.
I’m sure you can walk on the roof. The roof will be Aluminium or GRP and bonded with foam underneath, so should not give as you put your weight onto it.
Enjoy your Pilote, they make good quality vans. I hope you get many years of fun from it.

They usually over design rather than under because they never know who's going to be sleeping there. Our Pilote has an electric fold away bed and weight limit is 30 stone. If you are going to continually walk on the roof then perhaps some checker plate to spread the load a little. They are well constructed but she is an old lady now so a bit of TLC maybe. Dish on the roof will be good fun we had a mechanical one that you wound up from inside. You will need a meter to check signal strength and a compass to point in the general direction. You don't get a very good signal it anything is in the way like trees. You need a clear view of the sky. If it's large then you may need to take it down at night as they will rock the MH. There should be an Electroblock somewhere usually in one of the cupboards which will have all the fuses. The also have a habit of using inline fuses to protect equipment.
Have fun ..
