Has anyone been able to contact Bailey customer services via e-mail ? I e-mailed on 21st October requesting some information on Bailey's damp warranty period, still awaiting a reply

    Always had a quick response ,with requests,although there is one member of"customer service"  staff who does need some education in what their job isUndecided

    I once wrote a letter of complaint to the MD at Baileys,about an issue with my caravan. He just passed the letter to customer services,and the problem went round in circles.

    Only had to contact them once through email and they responded very quickly. Can't your dealer help you out with the problem?
