If the catches on your front windows have  a button to press before they will turn,  the windows will protrude slighly,  although to look at, from the outside,  they will appear completely flat,  it's Normal.

The front windows on ours do not have locks on but are not flush. Not sure how far yours protrude but they will not be flush but if one is seriously different then it has to be wrong.

I think Lunar have had a problem with some windows warping in the heat. The small print in the handbook warns against having the blinds down in direct sun. Apparently they reflect too much heat onto the window causing it to be deformed. Mine have been OK
in 31degrees in Spain, but I had the blinds half down and the windows fully open.

...The information about windows and not having blinds closed in hot weather ,is the same on just about every mdel LV on the market as the heat biuld up can distort the "plastic"

We had an issue with the bottom catches, with no push button,on the front windows of our 2014 Clubman moving to the open position whilst travelling.

This was mentioned to our service people, at the annual service, who raised it with Lunar and all three windows were replaced under warranty. It did take app 6 months to get the windows though!

I was told that the windows had 'blown' resulting in them expanding and causing the problem

We had the same problem on our 2015 model. The wrong catches were fitted by the factory

We had all 3 front windows replaced on our 2014 Lexon. Warping of these Lunar windows has been a common problem, I believe 2013 and 2014 vans were affected.

Locking catches are also required as the catches undo whilst travelling.

If one window juts out then it is faulty. Do not be fobbed off by a lazy dealer and quote The Sale of Goods Act or The Consumer Protection Act if purchased after last September and threaten legal action.
