Are there any construction manuals?

Hello all,  I recently bought a 2001 Lunar Clubman and need to sort a few things out and would also like to add a few bits.  I am a time served technician (years ago) so fairly mechanically minded, but I have to profess I am not sure where to start.  So
I wondered if the caravan manufacturers produce the caravan equivalent of a workshop manual.  I have manuals for fridge, heater  and wiring etc but no clue as to removing panels to get access to cable runs etc.  So its that kind of info I am after.

Any help appreciated.

Peter.

As said dear John Wikersham's manual is as good as it gets, I have never seen anything from van manufactures other than operating instructions. Even John's work does not get into panel removal for cable runs and I very much doubt the van makers ever designed that feature in. Most of my cables are in snap top plastic domestic conduits, the few buried within the sandwich were placed in there before the polyurethane foam was generated, never to see the light again.

A Hymer caravan who then did not do the "freerange" cabling I have seen in some other makes.

Ah ok, well a lack of manuals will make things more intreresting then.  I will look up the Haynes manual.

    Thanks, Peter.

The Haynes manual is sold by Halfords if you need one. It is a useful reference book but because it covers several makes it will contain a lot not relevant to your caravan.

The manual is a little cheaper on Amazon, or second hand a lot cheaper.
